Organizations need to ensure that its employees, managers, directors, etc. are educated upon this issue in detail under POSH training in order to provide a safe and gender-neutral environment at the workplace. It helps in making employees familiar with the best practice at work i.e. educates both the genders on sexual harassment, trains them to differentiate between appropriate and inappropriate behaviours at workplace. It yields higher job satisfaction and engagement by employees. This also results in higher productivity from the employees. If the employees feel safe and happy in their work environment, there would be higher retention of valuable and talented employees. POSH training also ensures respect among colleagues

Workshop on PoSH

The PoSH session was arranged by Dr B D Joshi TGT,Sans. under the able guidance of V P. Mr Praveen Kumar Yadav sir.
This special workshop was conducted today in association with Dr Geeta Bora , Director Spherule foundation Pune. Ms Harminder Kaur Cheema, representative of Spherule foundation Pune took this special workshop on 31 August 2023 in Conference Hall of the School.
All the staff members of the Vidyalaya attended the same and got legal knowledge and other important informations. Ms Harminder Kaur Cheema gave a presentation on it. At the end of the session questionnaire was presented and discussed with Teachers. Workshop was very interesting ,informative and useful for the Faculty members.All the staff members were very satisfied with the workshop. They appreciated Harminder Kaur Cheema for nice presentation.
Dr B D Joshi proposed a special thanks to Dr Geeta Bora,Director Spherule foundation and the team from school side. He appreciated the great role of the Spherule foundation Pune for helping people in many areas of the human society.

It was a great session about female and male employee rights and also informative. Got to know about the Internal Inquiry team who takes care of POSH concerns and also their roles and what should be done if one is any of the unfortunate situations

It was knowledge sharing session wherein basics were covered nicely and the entire session was interactive. The Sexual Harassment Act 2013 was explained in detail. Case studies were taken which served as great assessment via question answer sessions.

Rhoma has a knack for making us see the unobvious and fight our basic biases to look objectively at sexual harassment cases. It’s a great training even for other areas of life to see both sides of the coin before rushing into judging about situations, events or incidents.
